As sports and business professionals, we are uniquely placed to identify and nurture talent and we understand the risks and opportunities that sportspeople face and the need to summit professionally whilst also securing future financial security and prosperity.
We identify and mentor emerging talents at grassroots levels through our coaching and talent management programmes. We then guide our grassroots talent through onto the professional stage

We want our talent to have the longest and most successful careers that they can have. But, this is not always the case. This is why we have partnered with our Wealth Management planning partner. From signing your contract, we will support our talent in preparing not only for their future, but for those unforeseen eventualities.
